How do I know if my photo is high quality or not?
Ripper question! Simply zoom in as far as you can on the image and check the detail (particularly around the face). You will tell very quickly if it is blurry with no definitive edges. If the image is blurry then it would be unusable. If the image is still sharp when you’ve zoomed in, then it is okay to be used.

Where are you located and what areas do you service?
We are based in the suburbs of Melbourne but create and ship our posters to all Australian States and Territories.
I am after a different sized print to what you offer, is there the ability to customise?
At the moment we offer the standard sizes A4, A3Â Â & A2. We do hope to offer some alternative options in the near future, so stay posted.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this stage our ecommerce site only ships within Australia but this may change in the future so we will keep you posted (pardon the pun).
When will I receive my proof?
Proofs are delivered to the email you used when ordering and are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Check your junk mail first and then get in contact with us if you have not received yours within this time frame. We allow 7 days from receipt of proofs for changes or approval. If we have not heard from you within this timeframe, we will assume you approve and will ship your artwork.
I would like to change the photo I submitted for my portrait-Is there an additional charge?
If you need to change your photo please contact us immediately. If your artwork has not already started a swap can be made. If work has commenced, we will need to restart your art work from scratch. We charge an additional $40 reworking fee.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to our portraits being a personalised product, we do not offer refunds or returns.
I zoomed in and took an action photo of my child during their game with my phone. Can this be used?
If you’ve zoomed in on your phone to take that action photo during a game, it will more than likely be unusable. Zooming in on a phone is called a digital zoom. Digital zooms are artificial and create pixilated images that have no sharpness or quality for printing purposes. We recommend using the phone camera’s native focal length to optimise the quality of the image. Get closer to the subject rather then using your phones zoom. If you are using a DSLR camera with proper lenses your image should be fine.
My friend sent me an awesome action photo of my child via messenger, can I use that?
Quick answer is yes and no. If it’s been sent via any social platform including facebook messenger, typically the quality will be compressed to a level that will not print well. If your friend has the photo on their phone or computer, ask them to email or sms it to you. This preserves the image quality. Always upload the highest quality you have. Our quality assurance team will assess every image to achieve optimal outcomes.
Is your artwork done digitally?
All our artwork is created digitally. We have perfected techniques of digitally recreating your image in a certain style to give you a poster like finish.
What if the image I submit is not able to be used?
All images submitted online will be assessed by our quality team to make sure they are able to be used. If any issues in quality are picked up, we will contact you, and provide guidance to retake and resubmit your photo.
How long does delivery take?
We send our parcels via courier. For orders that don’t request a proof, you should receive your poster within 7-14 working days. For orders that request a proof your order will be dispatched the following working day after approval. Within Victoria you should receive your order the following working day after receiving your dispatch notification. For other states, delivery can take up to 3 working days from receiving your dispatch notification. Please note turnaround times may increase in periods of high demand.
What changes can I make after receiving my proof?
After receiving your proof, we can make small changes to your poster following your feedback. This includes changes to background, colour and minor modifications to the artwork. If you are unhappy with your portrait and would like us to work from another photo, there is an additional $40 reworking fee.
I received my order but I’m not happy with it. What do I do?
We allow the option of a proof prior to printing to make sure you approve of the artwork. If a proof is not selected, you are giving the studio permission to create the artwork as per our website samples. If the product does not look like the website image or is faulty, please let us know. If the artwork is correct and exactly the same as the website image or the approved proof, unfortunately we are unable to resolve this issue for you. We have completed many portraits and are highly experienced with very happy customers. Rest assured that your portrait will be completed to the highest quality.
